Membership Terms

Membership runs for twelve months from activation. Fees are quoted in South African rand, exclude VAT, and are payable annually in advance. Equivalents in other currencies are indicative only.

Applications are reviewed by JoburgStyle and may be declined. A membership becomes active only once approved and payment has been received.

Membership fees cover planning and coordination. Travel, tickets, accommodation, third-party services and additional concierge expenses are charged separately.

Benefits, response times and service hours are those published for your tier at the time of joining. Partner privileges depend on partner availability and may change.

JoburgStyle may suspend or end a membership for misuse, non-payment or conduct that puts staff or partners at risk.
