Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel within 14 days of activation for a full refund of the membership fee, less the cost of any services already delivered.

After 14 days, membership fees are non-refundable, and the membership remains active until the end of the term.

Bookings with suppliers (hotels, airlines, operators, venues) follow each supplier's own cancellation terms, which we share with you before you approve a quotation.
