DAY 1
Arrival in Johannesburg
Private transfer to a five-star hotel. Afternoon at leisure, then dinner at a chef's table. Sleep in Johannesburg.
DAY 2
The city with a host
Constitution Hill and the Apartheid Museum in the morning, Rosebank galleries in the afternoon. Early night before the bush. Sleep in Johannesburg.
DAY 3
Into the Sabi Sand
Morning flight to Skukuza (about an hour) or a light-aircraft charter to the lodge airstrip. Lunch, then your first afternoon game drive with a ranger and tracker. Sleep at the lodge.
DAY 4
Tracking the Big Five
Dawn game drive, breakfast back at the lodge, a guided bush walk, and a slow afternoon before the evening drive. Dinner in the boma. Sleep at the lodge.
DAY 5
Your bush day
Morning drive, then choose: spa, a hide visit, or a conservation session with the reserve team. Evening drive and sundowners. Sleep at the lodge.
DAY 6
Last drives
Two more drives with a private bush dinner to finish. Sleep at the lodge.
DAY 7
Departure
Final dawn drive, then fly back to Johannesburg to connect with your onward flight.
